Villafixation has been set up to undertake repairs to your timber components of your villa or bungalow for you.
Though the mainstay of our works is the repair and renewal of villa and bungalow timber windows we also repair/renovate other timber areas of your home such as veranda’s ,balustrading, door panels, weather boards, cedar shingles and floorboards.
We also specialize in the installation of draft seals to your heritage windows to stop the egress of cold winter drafts.
Villafixation was formed to address the increasing problems that heritage home owners experience in procuring reliable and competent companies to undertake small scale repair or renewal works on their properties.
Owned and operated by Hamish Mackenzie, Villafixation specializes in smaller scale works that do not require a building consent under the Building Act.
Villafixation has been operating for nine years in the Central Auckland area and is very experienced with renewing timber elements of your heritage home.
